I loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot, and the property had WiFi so I could scroll through my social media while pretending to be sophisticated. The breakfast had enough options for my gluten-free, vegetarian, and Italian cravings - how fancy!
Too bad I couldn't enjoy any outdoor activities like hiking, snorkelling, or cycling because I'm allergic to nature, obviously.

the country, styled buildings were beautiful and the grounds were well, maintained with a stunning swimming pool, flowers, and plants everywhere. the high, quality furniture and delicious food made our experience even more enjoyable. Our house had a spacious walk, in wardrobe, a big private terrace with a breathtaking view, and a comfortable bed. We spent our days swimming in the pool, relaxing in the garden, and exploring the nearby beaches and national park. the location was quiet yet conveniently close to the highway, allowing us to visit nearby towns and even Syracuse without any hassle. Cons: Nothings 😊.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the nearby beach just a short car ride away. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making you feel like a part of the family. the hotel also offers delicious meals made with fresh local ingredients and a beautiful swimming pool to relax in.
Some guests felt that the hotel lacked certain amenities, such as a TV in the room or a pool on the premises.

The location was perfect for our adventure-seeking group. We went hiking in the breathtaking Vendicari Reserve and even saw some wild flamingos! Snorkeling at the nearby unspoiled beaches was insanely cool, we saw colorful fish and explored hidden coves. And the best part? The hotel provided free bikes, so we had a blast cycling around and exploring the charming Baroque towns nearby. It was the ultimate adventure vacation!
If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I Carusi Relais could have more of a party scene for young people. Don't get me wrong, the place was super peaceful and relaxing, but as teenagers, we were craving a bit more fun and excitement.

The breakfast was absolutely divine! I couldn't get enough of the delicious Italian vegetarian and gluten-free options. And the best part? I didn't have to worry about my car because there was private parking available!
Oh, how I longed for a TV in my room. said no one ever.

We had a fantastic stay at I Carusi Relais Villa. the location was perfect, surrounded by orange, mandarin, olive, and almond trees. the modern design of the rooms was in perfect harmony with the old Provansal style. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us to arrive late at night. the breakfast was served with style and everything was delicious, especially the fresh juice and olive oil. the views from the property were breathtaking, and it was just a short drive to the beach and close to attractions like Noto and Etna volcano. The overall experience was beyond words, deserving more than 5 stars. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 👌.

My recent stay at a charming countryside hotel was absolutely delightful. The property exuded a perfect blend of tradition and modern design, with spacious and sunlit rooms that provided a bucolic retreat. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view over the Vindicari reserve and the sea, which could be enjoyed from the comfort of the swimming pool or during a leisurely breakfast. The owner, Simona, went above and beyond to ensure that guests had a truly memorable experience, offering top-notch recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Exploring the Val di Noto from this idyllic location was an absolute dream.

I loved exploring the surrounding area by bike, especially when I got lost and had to rely on my impressive sense of direction. The beach was a short stroll away, perfect for dodging seagulls trying to steal my snacks.
Oh, how I wish they had served tea and coffee in the rooms! I missed out on the chance to play a thrilling game of "find the olives" on the property.

The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and made me feel like part of their family. The room was so nice, stylish and spotlessly clean. The views from the property were breathtaking, especially from the restaurant. The breakfast served was organic and delicious, and the two evening meals I had were outstanding. The location was perfect, with easy access to Noto and other beautiful towns. Free bikes were available to explore the nearby reserve and beaches.
